By accessing or using IntroLinq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

IntroLinq is a publisher monetisation platform that connects blog content with relevant experts, enabling publishers to earn commission on expert bookings made by their readers.

3. Publisher responsibilities

As a publisher using IntroLinq, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Only install the widget on sites you own or have permission to modify
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Commission and payments

Publishers earn commission on each completed expert booking generated through their site. New publishers receive a 50% commission rate. Payouts are processed monthly subject to a minimum threshold.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software comprising the IntroLinq platform remains the intellectual property of IntroLinq. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

IntroLinq provides the Service on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntroLinq shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
